Actually master verb conjugations

Recognizing forms in a chart isn't the same as producing them yourself. Narrow down the drill to what you most need to study.

Type the correct form

Practice recall instead of passively reading tables, so the form is there when you need to speak or write.

Filter the exact drill

Choose tenses, pronouns, verbs, or verb types to focus on the patterns that still need work.

Customize the exercise display

Toggle on/off display options for Hebrew, including translations, example sentences, transliterations, and Nikud, so each drill shows the information you want.

Track what improves

Use performance feedback to keep reviewing the forms that are not automatic yet.

What makes Hebrew conjugation hard?

Hebrew conjugation is built around roots and verb patterns called binyanim. A learner has to recognize the same three-letter root as it moves through patterns such as Pa'al, Pi'el, and Hif'il.

Hebrew also marks gender and number across many forms, especially in the present tense and imperative. Practicing forms by pattern helps the root, tense, and agreement changes become easier to see.

Hebrew conjugation patterns

Use the present tense for current actions, habits, and general statements. Present forms behave like adjectives and change for gender and number.
