These three pronouns share identical conjugation patterns. "Ellos" refers to a group containing at least one male, "ellas" to an all-female group, and "ustedes" is the formal plural "you" (also used as informal plural "you" in Latin America).
Regional Variation
In Latin America, "ustedes" is used for every plural "you," so the vosotros/ustedes formality distinction found in mainland Spain does not apply.
